Agent getting stuck on a particular step for a task

For certain websites when we specify a task to the agent . It generates a browser action but the execution goes into a dead state after that . When I check the nova act in aws console it shows the status as PENDING CLIENT ACTION due to which the nova act workflow also gets stuck in Processing state .

There is no particular workflow as this happens intermittently on different websites and there is no fix flow which can lead to this result .

Would you still be able to share your Nova Act script? I'd like to see how you are configuring Nova Act.

Separately, did you ever encounter this issue when using an API key rather than AWS credentials? If so, would you be able to share the session ID of the faulty session?

The initialisation of the nova act is done as :

I think this issue has started to arise when we switched from api key to AWS credentials .

Are there any errors thrown by the SDK for the above or any other faulty sessions? The issue may be occurring on the SDK side of things as the backend seems to be working correctly for the provided workflow run and session IDs.

If possible, may you email an archive of the logs associated with a faulty session to nova-act@amazon.com (corresponding README section - https://github.com/aws/nova-act#report-a-bug).
