Remove references to push to card "Beta"

Let's remove the request access for invite as well as the github progress section since they are not relevant anymore.

Small edit:

Old intro:
Send money to a customer’s checking account using their debit card number.

New intro:
Send money to your customers' checking accounts using their U.S. debit card number. Funds are deposited within 1-2 business days.

Let's also roll up the FAQ at the bottom as features on the page. We can pull out the soft descriptor control as its own section.
