fix(report): tolerate open-loop config schema in ConfigCard

Description

• Producer configs may omit batch_size and emit funding_batch_size instead; skip missing fields instead of calling toLocaleString on undefined.
• Previous deploy to test a refactor of the load tester introduced new config fields that were not accounted for in the UI causing an error on render
