Issue when adding new collection

So I'm getting error "500 Internal Server Error" when I click Add new collection in a current collection. This is a new issue that started in the last 2 days.

modification... It's when I click add new item, new collection or attempt to edit an item... help please.

Can you provide some logs ? (either the docker logs or if there is anything in Administration -> Errors) Also which version are you running ?

The problem is I'm getting 0 errors logged... just the error 500 when trying to add or modify anything... At this point I'm about to completely blast/reinstall that proxmox image.

I'm not familiar with Proxmox, can't you get any logs from it ? If you are using the docker image it should return logs from both PHP and the webserver
