The composefs-rs update added a required OciTransformOptions parameter to generate_boot_image, create_filesystem, and read_container_root. Pass Default::default() at all call sites to preserve the previous behavior (no xattr filtering). Assisted-by: AI Signed-off-by: John Eckersberg <jeckersb@redhat.com>

Added a commit to adapt to API breaks, will need reviewed by someone else. Notably this preserves the existing behavior of not filtering xattrs, if we want to change that in bootc I think it should happen as its own distinct followup outside of this version bump. |

#2290 is in flight and also bumps composefs-rs, but I guess we can land this one first |
