Is there a way to configure to allow to import Plexset RCC files straight out of the nCounter without deplexing to one sample per file?

@colsen-bu NanoTube wasn't originally built for Plexset RCC files (it will read these as if they are one sample per file). I expect this will be a reasonably straightforward change, I just need to find a few GEO data series to test it on. Any suggestions are welcome!
