Cinemagoria is a high-performance Progressive Web Application (PWA) engineered for modern viewers. By aggregating data from TMDB, IMDb, MDBList, Trakt, and JustWatch, it provides a centralized hub for intelligent search and cross-device synchronization.
The platform streamlines the entertainment lifecycle—from initial discovery to release tracking. It bridges the gap between fragmented streaming data and personal curation, offering a seamless interface for managing watchlists and receiving real-time notifications.
- Discovery — categorized multi-search across films, series, people, news, festivals and production companies, with contextual query parsing and typo tolerance.
- Film & series pages — ratings from several sources with the origin always labelled, original soundtracks, reviews, country-flagged release dates and recommendation carousels.
- Watchlist & lists — a filterable watchlist with weighted sorting, plus unlimited themed lists that can be public, private or cloned by other users.
- Follows & notifications — follow people, series, production companies and streaming platforms; new films and episodes arrive as notifications synced across devices.
- Awards — full historical coverage of the Academy Awards, Golden Globes, Palme d'Or, Golden Lion and Golden Bear.
- Cinema news — an in-house editorial pipeline rather than raw third-party feeds, with trailer embeds, image carousels and related titles.
- N.O.I.R. — an in-house editorial selection running parallel to the algorithmic feeds. A title promoted there stays identifiable across the platform, including after it leaves rotation.
- Profiles — public or private, with activity feeds, episode-level progress tracking and granular privacy and cookie controls. Available in English and Spanish.
The circuit gets first-class treatment: every covered festival has its own page, built from the festival's own programme rather than a generic feed. Selections are grouped by their real sections, screening schedules are timezone-aware, award winners are seeded once the ceremonies close, and any title that played a covered festival carries that provenance wherever it appears.
