What changed

  • Add a dedicated table organizing Yarik's onboarding tasks and required employee prerequisites.
  • Group calendar and chat-client guidance under Accounts.
  • Clarify calendar access, DataLad room status, and onboarding terminology.
  • Add Unity HPC account setup guidance.

Why

The onboarding document mixed Yarik-specific actions with employee setup steps and had scattered calendar and communication guidance. This structure makes responsibilities and follow-up actions easier to find.
