Motion Photos have issues in v10

Regardless I can't get it to work.

1️⃣ Steps to reproduce

From what I understand, version 10 should support Motion Photos (#1927)

Open file inside the ZIP below. No Motion Photo controls appear.

Recorded with Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. Windows Photos app shows Motion Photo with audio.

No Motion Photo controls.

Correction: I now understand that I first need to open the Frame navigation tool.
From that arise however multiple other points:

1. It should probably be shown by default for photos with embedded video
2. Ideally it would play inside ImageGlass and not in an external program
3. The video fails to load in VLC at least and I can't really tell whether thats an ImageGlass or VLC issue.

Regardless there is no ImageGlass folder under AppData/Local

• Yes, it requires the Frame nav tool to be opened
• Same as v9, ImageGlass 10 extracts that video as MP4 format, and opens with the default video player. Make sure your VLC can play that format. The screenshot shows the mp4 video playing in Windows Media player
• To locate the actual config dir, you should open App Settings > General > Configuration location. The Store release has virtualization so it's not in %LocalAppData%\ImageGlass
• I will add an option to auto-show a motion button at the bottom of the photo
