• Early access does not guarantee continued use or priority access to the final commercial version.

5. Intellectual Property

6. Limitation of Liability

• The device is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not responsible for any damages, including but not limited to data loss, hardware malfunctions, or personal injury resulting from use.
• Users assume all risks associated with participation in the early access program.

7. Termination

• We reserve the right to revoke access to the program at any time without notice.
• Users may opt out of the program at any time by contacting our support team.

• These terms may be updated periodically. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
