Created file owner is root fro docker

Hi,
Froms a newly created docker instance v1.3.2 started with unprivileged user (non-root), without files in sites, search favicon or background directories (mounted, but empty), the initial downloaded files (e.g. sites.json) are owed by root.
could you correct this please ?
