Certify Babel from frozen Phi

Summary

This certifies the Babel text as the sixth translation completed under Phi's isolated two-phase process. Nine aligned units now carry Genesis 11:1-9, with one continuous quote frame for each continuing speech and ten King James citations that reconstruct all 1,191 normalized source characters exactly.

The revision also updates the Babel passage quoted in the Phi Book, removes stale claims in the deictic teaching material that an older sentence still appears in the translation, refreshes the editorial stanza count and phonetic-neighbour attestations, and records D109 across the certification ledger, roadmap, review, and handoff state.

Source to Phi

The source-only pass restored the relationship between the builders' journey and discovery, repeated the bricks where a bare deictic would leave too much to context, and kept each continuing speech inside one quote frame. It replaced the anatomical earth-face metaphor with leko, physical surface, repaired the imagined action, and separated the final scattering from the consequence that gives the city a name.

The first anonymous derivation exposed three remaining open relative roles: the mortar phrase, the creature holding authority, and the tower top. The affected English was discarded. The Phi was rebuilt with a transparent compound and complete assertions, then frozen again and sent through fresh source-blind derivation.

No root, module membership, registered compound, function word, or grammar rule is added.

Isolated English

The final Phi stream freezes at SHA-256 2cb3d2ccc6b5bb33a1860a6081e45842ee0911a6bfa40637e410185e859da136. A separate reader audited Units 5 through 8 and found the repaired structures determinate. The primary natural English had dropped leko in the final unit, so Unit 9 received its own fresh retry and now retains the earth's surface. The published aligned-layer digest is 1adff02c2612b076b0f538afff3adebdf9ca1609f092ccc9875b987770573e32.

The source-to-Phi and Phi-to-English phases remained isolated. No parenthetical English was consulted while the Phi was settled, and no source text, source summary, prior English, filename, repository state, or task history entered the fresh derivation contexts.

Voice Review

The Humanizer and Phi voice pass removed a repeated "nothing ... and nothing ..." construction from the book excerpt and replaced its stale "literal back-translation" language with the current one-way derivation account. The batch scan also found the same hypothetical setup stamped into both deictic lessons, so the manual and pamphlet now approach that example in different words. The mechanical scan found no new prose dashes, curly quotation marks, banned inflation terms, participial tails, or banned suffix constructions.
