Summary
The text shelf already gives both symbols in a paired motif the same CSS box. This change applies that rule to the other paired motifs on the site.
Manual, primer, and Phi book headers now let both SVGs inherit the pair's shared responsive size. Pamphlet headers, the pamphlet contents mark, and catalogue entries do the same for their masked pseudo-elements. Each motif keeps its existing symbols, colours, overlap, and optical offset.
