Test case failing to get first frame of dicom file "npm test"

After doing npm i, we have performed the test using "npm test" and it failed on WADO Tests

1. it should get first frame of dicom file for instance 1.3.6.1.4.1.14519.5.2.1.1706.4996.101091068805920483719105146694

Thanks for the report. It's not in anyone's critical path, so we haven't worked on this project in a while. It may not be in the best shape but it should still work as a server. Any help maintaining and improving the code and testing infrastructure would be appreciated.
