The skill and the schema reference now say that search_company_filings covers companies listed in the UK, France, Switzerland and India, not only US and German filers. With the old text, an assistant had no reason to try the tool for Unilever, LVMH, Nestlé or Reliance Industries. The tool already answers for these companies.

The docs named two countries; the tool serves six

search_company_filings returns filed figures for companies listed in the UK, France, Switzerland and India. The tool's own description already says so, but the plugin's skill file and references/data/schemas.md still listed only US SEC filers and German companies.

What the text now says

  • Countries and example tickers. UK (ULVR for Unilever plc), France (MC for LVMH), Switzerland (NESN for Nestlé), and India (the Nifty 50 companies, from their NSE quarterly results and annual reports; RELIANCE for Reliance Industries).
  • How a company is found. A UK, French or Swiss company resolves by its local ticker, full name or LEI. It carries its exchange suffix (MC.PA, BA.L, ROP.SW) when the bare symbol also belongs to a US filer. An Indian company resolves by its NSE symbol, the same symbol with .NS, its BSE scrip code, or its full name.
  • Indian full-year figures. An Indian company's Q4 results hold its audited full year.
  • SQL. The schema reference lists the issuers.source_schema value for each country, for queries across companies with run_sql.

Before and after

Skill file, search_company_filings row, before:

... US SEC filers (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, plus 20-F/40-F/6-K for foreign filers) and companies listed in Germany (annual, half-year, Q1, and Q3 reports, values in EUR — e.g. company="BAS" for BASF SE). Use an exact ticker; a share-class sibling (GOOGL for GOOG) resolves to the same filer, a German company resolves by its German ticker, full name, or LEI, and an ambiguous name comes back with possible_matches.

After:

... US SEC filers (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, plus 20-F/40-F/6-K for foreign filers) and companies listed in Germany (annual, half-year, Q1, and Q3 reports, values in EUR — e.g. company="BAS" for BASF SE), the UK (ULVR for Unilever plc), France (MC for LVMH), Switzerland (NESN for Nestlé), and India (the Nifty 50 companies, from their NSE quarterly results and annual reports — RELIANCE for Reliance Industries; an Indian company's Q4 results hold its audited full year). Use an exact ticker; a share-class sibling (GOOGL for GOOG) resolves to the same filer; a German, UK, French, or Swiss company resolves by its local ticker, full name, or LEI, and carries its exchange suffix (MC.PA, BA.L, ROP.SW) when the bare symbol also belongs to a US filer; an Indian company resolves by its NSE symbol (RELIANCE, M&M), the same symbol with .NS, its BSE scrip code, or its full name; an ambiguous name comes back with possible_matches.

Schema reference, filings row, before:

Company filings: US SEC filers (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, 20-F, 40-F, 6-K) and companies listed in Germany (issuers.source_schema = 'german_filings')

After:

Company filings: US SEC filers (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, 20-F, 40-F, 6-K) and companies listed in Germany, the UK, France, Switzerland, and India (issuers.source_schema = 'german_filings', 'uk_filings', 'fr_filings', 'ch_filings', 'in_filings'; Indian tickers end in .NS, e.g. RELIANCE.NS)

Check

search_company_filings(company="RELIANCE", search_target="coverage") returns Reliance Industries with its FY2026 annual report and its quarterly results from NSE, each with a link to the source document.

The filings tool already answers for companies listed in the UK,
France, Switzerland and India, but the skill and the schema reference
named only US and German filers. Both now list the four countries,
how each company's ticker is written, and that an Indian company's
Q4 results hold its audited full year.
