Zoom function not working

Hello, I have all of your code with no additions, trying to start a project. I have added:

fusionTableId: "",
googleApiKey: "",
locationColumn: "geometry",
map_center: [54.874078, -2.485165],
locationScope: "england",
defaultZoom: "4"

Obviously with the correct api and tableid as the map loads, but when i try to zoom out for the map load, the whole map breaks and refuses to load. "defaultZoom" is the id from your notes, but it is failing. Please help
