Add products/logstash.md for the V1 Logstash hub (#1558) with get-started, popular topics, and the six fixed explore categories ranked from search jobs. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
Targets the production {whats-new} schema from docs-builder#3829.
Adds a search-facing description required by the hub layout.

Drop the ES/Kib-shaped get-started and explore framing. Download → pipeline → run, Parse and transform, and Install/Operate/Configure fit Logstash better than Cloud dual-paths and Search and analyze. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
