Carousel Block Javascript error

Hello,
all carousel blocks that are NOT set to infinite scroll currently produce a javascript error.

1. when scrolling until the carousel is in the viewport and the mouse touches it
2. when clicking and dragging the carousel to swipe it it produces the error until you stop dragging it
