link-multiple and metadata suggestions could report success while leaving the old IMDb/TMDB ID in place, especially when duplicate provider rows existed or the target ID was already linked elsewhere.
The catalog streams endpoint never built MediaFlow acestream URLs, so the UI showed no playable URL even when MediaFlow was configured.
