This exposes two new environment variables for passing through auth tokens in ldap and scim sources. `NSSCACHE_LDAP_BIND_PASSWORD` will replace `ldap_bind_password` for the `ldap` source. `NSSCACHE_SCIM_AUTH_TOKEN` will replace `scim_auth_token` for the `scim` source. This adds in a new parameter for ldap to set a default shell if not specified. This should allow a loginShell attribute defined in ldap to override this value. Signed-off-by: Brad Beam <bbeam@coreweave.com>
