Marking a blog as In-progress should take it down from the website

Description

Blog marked as Inprogress should be removed from the personal website if present.

Proposed Solution

• Get all the blogs that are marked as inProgress.
• if blog present in the last commit tree remove that and create a new commit and tree
• update the git reference to the new commit created.
