This repository documents the program management methodology applied to an Enterprise IT Modernization and Data Platform initiative within a large public-sector organization. The program encompassed enterprise ETL platform delivery, streaming and batch data pipeline engineering, operational analytics dashboards (Power BI), and the establishment of data governance and lineage frameworks across the analytics estate.
As Chief of IT Bureau, I directed the full program lifecycle — from charter and stakeholder alignment through delivery governance, risk management, and closure — while simultaneously managing day-to-day IT operations for the division.
