BUG: Model response is simply... deleted.

Describe the bug
The response from the model is streamed and at EOS the chat bubble is removed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Send a prompt
2. Watch the stream
3. response bubble disappears

Expected behavior
The response is kept on screen.

• llama-swap returns 200
• llama.cpp returns 200
