A self-confessed learning geek. I built and scaled global learning programs at Meta and Uber, including Meta's first metaverse education strategy for a 3,000-person people organization and a redesign of Uber's mentoring and coaching program for more than 50,000 employees.
One conviction runs through all of it: the tools are rarely the hardest part; bringing people along is.
So I stopped running programs from inside big tech and started building the ones other people can run themselves.
