The workspace save/restore strip still used 8px padding and 26px fields after Home lists moved to the 2/4/18/20 band. Match that spacing.

Summary
The Home workspace save/restore strip still used 8px padding and 26px fields after the rest of Home moved to the compact 2/4/18/20 band. This tightens that strip to the same spacing and square corners.
