Tag the Wormhole and Axelar Transceiver proxies in the wstETH-on-BSC sections and add their implementation addresses, read from the EIP-1967 implementation slot on each chain. Mainnet values match the multichain ledger. Add a note that some addresses repeat across the two chains. On the Sepolia page, split the Transceiver Structs line into the three linked library copies, matching the mainnet layout. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The Wormhole and Axelar Transceivers in the wstETH-on-BSC sections are ERC1967 proxies, but the pages listed them as bare addresses next to an NTT Manager that shows proxy and implementation.
