Signer tables in committees.md brought in line with current on-chain owners, and the DAO Asset Treasury multisig from #976 added. Every Safe on the page (48, incl. the new one) was compared with its live owner list and threshold: 19 had drifted from the docs and all of them now match. No threshold changes.

1. 2.4 TRP: adcv was swapped for Olga_G in August (tx).
2. 2.8.1 LOL and 2.8.2 Distribution (all networks): the June rotation brought in Willem H, Susanna_MV and Elena_S, replacing adcv, Alex_L and Marin on 2.8.1 (tx) and shardyaco, Alex_L and adcv on 2.8.2 (one batched swap per network, e.g. Ethereum). I also added a small note for zkSync: there adcv is still a signer and Armin never was, so the shared table wasn't accurate for that Safe (tx).
3. 2.8.6 Arbitrum LTIPP: back to McNut, with his original row and proof. The McNut → Armin swap was made on the other LOL Safes, but not yet on this one; the docs got ahead of it in 3b2d6d5. Armin goes in with a follow-up PR once the tx is executed.
4. 2.12 Lido Labs BORG: Angelina_L was replaced by dennis_sch in September (tx). Same label and address as he already has in 2.5.
5. New 2.8.7 DAO Asset Treasury (0xf6F0732c1e9971497342C295141566E6F1A31e96, 5/9): carried over from docs: add LOL DAO Asset Treasury Safe and update LOL signers #976, but with the signer list it has today. The June rotation hit this Safe too (tx), so it now matches 2.8.1, not the list in docs: add LOL DAO Asset Treasury Safe and update LOL signers #976. Signer proofs are the same as in 2.8.1, since the Safe was set up with the same signer configuration as the main LOL multisig (announcement); Elena_S has a dedicated signature for this Safe. The old 2.8.7 becomes 2.8.8; its content is unchanged.
6. Removed the X tracking parameters across the page, as asked in the docs: add LOL DAO Asset Treasury Safe and update LOL signers #976 review.
