[Feature Request] Optionally allow the default answer to installing/upgrading/removing to be "Y(es)" instead of "N(o)" for pamac CLI

This point has been raised by others as well (see here f.ex.) and I haven't found any closed issues related to this so here goes:

Right now, if you were to install/update/remove without using --no-confirm, you would at some point be hit with Apply transaction ? [y/N]
This is different from how pacman or most other AUR helpers work (to my knowledge) where it's reversed and the default is [Y/n].
It's just a bit annoying but I can see why this was implemented, mostly when it comes to reflecting on installing a perhaps untrustworthy AUR package, but overall I find it a bit annoying when working with pamac in the CLI. So it would be nice if this behaviour could be changed by editing /etc/pamac.conf and adding CliTransactionDefaultYes or something alike.
