Calling StartBackup responds with an error: Responding with error, status code: 415 (Unsupported Media Type).

I can reproduce the issue in postman using the url and bearer token. Other API calls work fine.

I tried to change the HttpContentTypes to the other values but get the same error.

This is a new version we just upgraded to: TeamCity Professional 2020.2.1 (build 85633)
