Setup

Note: the notebook requires Python 3.6 or newer.

1. Clone this repository:

git clone https://github.com/mkazmier/mbp-tech-talks-2020-medical-imaging.git

or download zip by selecting Clone or download -> Download ZIP above.

2. To install all the required packages, run

python3 -m pip install -r requirements.txt.

3. Launch the Jupyter notebook by running:

jupyter notebook

in this directory.
