Make dictionary changes seamlessly integrate with profile

One thing I noticed (not directly related to the grafana plugin) during use is that when I update the dictionaries (happens a lot when working on FSW), the dictionaries are automatically re-read but I have to do this weird dance with the profile where I:

1. Stop profile (F Prime server/client)
2. Edit and set dictionary -> "No Dictionary"
3. Save profile
4. Edit profile and set dictionary back to the original one
5. Start Profile

It'd be nice if this was a seamless stop/start profile
