Summary

  • Adds actions/labeler@v5 workflow triggered on PR opened and synchronize events
  • Configures .github/labeler.yml to map content directories and site/CI paths to labels
  • Creates 7 GitHub labels: boombox, horn-sounds, light-shows, lock-sounds, wraps, site, ci

How to verify

  1. Open a PR that touches files in content/_hornsounds/ — should get the horn-sounds label
  2. Open a PR touching .github/ files — should get the ci label
  3. PRs touching multiple content dirs get multiple labels

Closes NAT-122

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Add actions/labeler v5 workflow that triggers on PR open and synchronize
events. Labels are applied based on changed file paths: content directories
(boombox, horn-sounds, light-shows, lock-sounds, wraps), site files
(layouts, includes, config, root markdown), and CI files (workflows, scripts).
