A prompt is a starting point, not the product. At Aibacus I build custom AI agents and the automation around them — for business operations, marketing, and the kind of workflows that quietly eat a person's whole week if nobody builds them properly. Trading platform tooling and client dashboards live under the same roof, same approach: understand the actual problem, then build the system that solves it end to end.

I'm also the founder and lead developer of Holmes AI, a spiritual AI advisor for the Centers for Spiritual Living. It had to be right, not just fluent — months of study went into the retrieval and prompting that keep its voice faithful to Ernest Holmes' actual teachings.

Second place at AWS DeepRacer, AWS Summit Los Angeles 2024 — wrote the reward function in about 45 minutes, placed two days later against sixty-plus competitors.

I've been building software since 1999, and the thing I've learned is that most AI work stalls out between the notebook and production — that gap is where the real engineering lives: the platform underneath, the monitoring, being the person who gets paged when it breaks. I like owning that whole arc, start to finish, not just the clever part in the middle.
