Feature summary

mango display is useful but it does also lack the full range of monitor configuration settings making its usefulness limited.

For example - it does not have configurable settings for hdr:0|1|2 and vrr:0|1

Motivation / use case

This is problematic because mango displays auto generates the monitor(s).conf so these options despite being loaded will never persist if you try to enable them and to enable them you need to do a mango reload which conflicts with the auto generation of the monitor.conf. This makes it impossible to use the plugin for users that use hdr and vrr.

Proposed solution

I propose for the added feature for mango display to offer more options in its settings that include to toggle hdr to be off, on via hdr 10bit or on via hdr 8bit with a seperate option to have vrr enabled (vrr:1) or disabled vrr:0) . Doing this will allow any overwrites of the existing monitor.conf file to correctly include these options meaning the user can set vrr and hdr the way they want to, in addition to any other missing monitor properties.
