Ports the
napi_set_prototypecase that #72 left out.node_api_set_prototypeis experimental, so it builds as a separatetest_general_set_prototypeaddon gated onexperimentalFeatures.setPrototype. This is the stable-core-plus-experimental-annex split PORTING.md already recommends for this directory.Stacked on #72 - review that first.
