By doing this instead of emitting the signal directly, derived classes can step-in right before the base task would have normally finished in order to add additional behavior.
For now this just means it handles the conditional process bide on Windows internally.
Add TTitleExec, concretely handles the main (title) execution task
Leftover from before OBCMake handled them automatically.
Add playtime & play count tracking
