本次加入 791 仪表 40 FPS 显示优化，保持导航居中。只更新 MU1102/791、MU1367/791 及通用 MQB 包内对应核心；790、MU1440 斯柯达滑轮、navigation 前置补丁和安装入口保持不变。
40 fps 是协商声明，实际显示帧率取决于手机、地图内容和仪表消费能力。旧 791 核心本已声明 40 fps，本次同步修正过时的主页标注。
历史更新说明；安装请使用上方 v1.2.2。
本次只更新以下两项，其余显示参数、支持矩阵、安装入口及付费说明保持不变。
- 自动补装 navigation 导航补丁：安装时检查启动加载配置和导航补丁类。未安装时自动补装，解决 CarPlay 开始导航后提示“已在移动设备中激活”并关闭仪表地图的问题；已有完整补丁会保留，不覆盖原有信息映射 JAR。原厂
lsd.sh无补丁加载行时也可安装。这是地图共存补丁，不是导航文字或音乐信息映射功能。 - MU1440 Škoda 滑轮缩放：上拨放大、下拨缩小；滑轮按压不映射。仅更新 MU1440 的控制 JAR，大众按键逻辑不变。缩放需要手机地图 App 支持，高德地图已验证可用，百度地图不支持该缩放操作。

CarPlay Maps VC 是一个面向大众与斯柯达 MHI2 车机的免费开源项目。它把 CarPlay 的地图视频画面送到原厂液晶仪表，并提供方向盘地图控制。
当前公开版本以经过验证的 V70 显示与控制逻辑为基线，加入 791 40 FPS 显示优化，只提供 MQB 完整工具箱：
- MQB Toolbox 交互安装版：工具箱自动识别 MU 固件，用户只需选择仪表型号。

本项目只实现 CarPlay 地图视频投屏与方向盘地图控制。它不是音乐信息、封面、导航文字、车道引导或启动动画补丁。

Warning
MU1440 仅支持 Škoda 790 仪表。不要选择 791；也不要继续使用已撤下的 M.I.B. 自动刷写包。

Show CarPlay Maps VC status：查看当前安装状态。Restore factory files：恢复安装时保存的原厂文件；恢复后同样需要完整重启。

- 安装器读取
/ifs/lsd.jxe大小，并将其映射到唯一 MU profile。 - 所有文件先在 RAM/临时目录准备并检查，再提交到最终路径。
- 原厂
dio_manager、lsd.sh和原有 JAR 状态被保存为回滚基线。 dio_manager包装器继续启动原厂程序，同时加载当前 MU/仪表对应的core.so。altscreen-most-bridge与carplay-cluster-supervisor负责 CarPlay AltScreen 到仪表显示链路的运行管理。CarPlayClusterControls.jar提供方向盘缩放和长按切图控制。- 重复安装不会重复插入 Java boot classpath；失败提交会尝试恢复原厂基线。
- QNX Neutrino 6.5 / ARMv7 运行目标：保持与 MHI2 原生运行环境兼容。
- KornShell / POSIX Shell：车机端安装、状态检测、恢复与自动化流程。

v1.2.2 发布构建检查：
- 对 MU1102/791、MU1102/790、MU1367/791、MU1367/790、MU1440/790 执行 MQB 安装器测试。
- 使用已发布旧 ZIP 和缺少车机工具的测试环境复现误判，再测试修复后的完整 MQB ZIP。
- 缺失或不完整补丁自动补装，已有完整独立或合并补丁时保留，本项目损坏的独立补丁自动修复。
- 重复安装不会重复添加 boot classpath。
- 恢复原厂文件后删除项目运行目录并还原原始状态。
- 错误固件和不支持的仪表组合会在写入前停止。
- Shell 语法、补丁校验、JAR 完整性和失败回滚检查。
- 工具箱显示文本为英文 ASCII，脚本统一使用 LF 换行。
- 一个完整 MQB ZIP 全量读取与 SHA-256 校验；相对 v1.2.1 只修改安装脚本并新增只读校验器，其余文件逐字节保留。
当前发布包仍要求每个固件/仪表组合分别进行实车验证。790 与 791 实拍演示视频将在压缩后另行加入 Release。

Caution
车机文件写入存在启动失败风险。操作前必须确认固件与仪表型号、保持稳定供电并保留可用恢复方案。不要在车辆行驶时安装或调试。

Replace the complete old SD-card files with v1.2.2. Repeating an old installer does not apply this fix.
- Removes the target-tool dependencies behind repeated false navigation-payload failures. A bundled read-only ZIP checker replaces
cksum,trand binary text searches. - After exact firmware identification, continue with a complete existing patch, automatically complete a missing/partial prerequisite, or repair our damaged standalone navigation JAR. Other projects' JAR files are not rewritten.
- Check the installed patch before requiring an SD navigation JAR. Merge old classpath entries and support repeat installation; real missing/damaged files, unsupported firmware and write failures still stop explicitly.
- MQB Toolbox interactive installation only. M.I.B. automatic-flashing packages and their build entry points are withdrawn; do not use SWDL to install this project.
- The 791 40 FPS optimization, 790 parameters, Skoda roller and Volkswagen button controls are unchanged.

This release adds 791 40 FPS display optimization while retaining the navigation-centered layout. Only MU1102/791, MU1367/791 and their cores in the universal MQB toolbox change. The 790 profiles, MU1440 Skoda roller control, navigation prerequisite and entry points remain unchanged.
40 fps is a negotiated ceiling; actual frame delivery and display consumption depend on the phone, content and cluster. The earlier 791 native core already advertised 40 fps; stale top-level documentation is corrected.

Only the following two changes are included. Display parameters, compatibility, installation entry points and paid-support information remain unchanged.
- Automatic navigation prerequisite patch: the installer checks the boot configuration and navigation patch classes. If missing, it installs the patch that prevents CarPlay navigation from reporting “activated on the mobile device” and closing the cluster map. An existing complete patch is retained, including a merged metadata JAR. Unpatched factory
lsd.shfiles are now supported. This enables map coexistence; it does not add navigation-text or music metadata mapping. - MU1440 Skoda roller zoom: roll up to zoom in and down to zoom out; pressing the roller is not mapped. Only the MU1440 control JAR changes; Volkswagen button behavior stays the same. The phone map app must support zoom commands: Amap was verified, while Baidu Maps does not support this operation.

CarPlay Maps VC is a free and open-source community project for Volkswagen and Skoda MHI2 systems. It sends the CarPlay map video to the factory virtual cockpit and adds steering-wheel map controls.
The public release uses the validated V70 display/control baseline, adds the 791 40 FPS display optimization, and provides one complete MQB toolbox installation route:
- MQB Toolbox interactive package: detects the MU firmware automatically; the user selects the cluster type.
- CarPlay map video on the factory virtual cockpit.
- Short steering-wheel press for map zoom in/out.
- Long steering-wheel press for map-view switching.
- Exact MU1102, MU1367 and MU1440 firmware gates.
- Factory-file rollback evidence captured during installation.
- Status, repeat-install and factory-restore paths.
- Plaintext runtime under

Unknown file sizes and unsupported cluster combinations stop before factory files are changed.
Download complete, ready-to-extract toolbox distributions from GitHub Releases. Extract each archive directly to the SD-card root.
For manual integration into an existing toolbox, use the standalone project files stored directly in this repository. They are separated by firmware and cluster and do not include a complete toolbox:

Each directory contains only the matching installer, shared runtime files, profile-specific core.so, status script, and factory-restore script. Most users should download the full toolbox archives from Releases.
The open-source CarPlay Maps VC map-video and steering-control portion in this repository remains free of charge. The author does not sell the open-source package as a paid product, and downloading, using, or exercising the rights granted by GPLv3 does not require a purchase.
Users who want additional functions or wish to support continued development may choose a separate paid service: ¥399 RMB (approximately US$60). The USD figure is an estimate based on the ECB reference rates for 30 September 2026; the actual converted amount may vary.

The paid option includes:
- Exclusive model-specific startup logo customization for all Volkswagen and Skoda vehicle models.
- CarPlay navigation information mapped to the instrument cluster.
- CarPlay music information mapped to the instrument cluster.
- Smoothness optimization for 791/794 clusters.
- Navigation-centering optimization for the 790 cluster.
- Ongoing research and possible future support for factory wireless CarPlay. This feature is still under evaluation, is not currently guaranteed to be available, and has no fixed delivery date.

This is a separate feature and technical-support service, not a license fee for the open-source software. Confirm the exact firmware, cluster and supported scope on the product page before purchasing.
- Download the full MQB Toolbox archive.
- Extract its contents directly to the SD-card root.
- Insert the card and open MQB Toolbox.
- Go to
Customization → CarPlay Maps VC. - Select the 791 or 790 installer.
- The toolbox detects the MU and stops on an incompatible selection.
- After
CPMAP_INSTALL_OK, exit the toolbox and perform one full unit reboot. - Connect the iPhone and verify map video and steering-wheel controls.
The MQB menu also includes status and factory-restore actions. A full reboot is required after restoration.

The v1.2.2 MQB archive is tested for all five firmware/cluster profiles: first/repeat installation, complete/merged/partial/missing/damaged patches, factory restore and wrong-profile rejection. Host fixtures model unavailable target tools and binary-search restrictions; they do not execute QNX on a head unit. Shell syntax, JAR integrity, rollback, native checker bounds, QNX ARM ABI, ASCII/LF requirements, full ZIP reads and SHA-256 are checked. Relative to v1.2.1, only the installer changes and a read-only checker is added; all existing video/runtime binaries remain byte-identical.
Each firmware/cluster combination still requires independent live-vehicle validation. Compressed 790 and 791 demonstration videos will be added in a later Release update.

Writing infotainment files carries a boot-failure risk. Confirm the exact firmware and cluster, maintain stable power and keep a tested recovery route. Do not install or debug while driving.
