Feature Request: Sync gluco Value with secondary Device over Internet

Hi,
at first thanks for the App.

Is it possible to sync the glucose reading to a second Android phone (companion function), similar to how xDrip+ does it? I have no idea how it works there, but it does. Unfortunately, xDrip+ is too cluttered and doesn't work very well, especially when paired with a watch. Plus, it drains the battery heavily.

Hi,
this is not possible and also not planned, yet.
But you can use a Nightscout server for such things. You can upload on the one device and use it as source on the second device.
I'm using it this way.

Mmh, OK.
A Nightscout server is a bit much for such little data exchange. I will try to create a service in my home assistant system than, that emulates the nightscout service.

I found an Integration for Home Assistant which emulates a Nightscout:
Home Assistant Glucose NG
After some config Problems i managed to get this running and i can upload and download my Data from external and internal Internet connections.
And the best thing with this solution u can use Automation's with HA, for example switch on the light in Bedroom if my gluco value is low.
It depends on which Smarthome integrations someone uses, but it can make life a bit easier.

I was a bit premature in reporting success, while the upload to "Home Assistant Glucose NG" does work, the data retrieval unfortunately does not. I was able to retrieve data based on the source code and through simple curl tests, but it appears that GDH requires different paths than those provided by "Home Assistant Glucose NG."
In my Nginx I get the following error messages:

Looks more like an uploader for glucose values. Not a real Nightscout server with its normal endpoints.
So you may need to request this from this implementation.
Or you have to use a real Nightscout server. I have rent one and there are no problems.
But you can also host it yourself.

Another solution for Nightscout is to create one in the Gluroo app (it is free). So you can also use it with GDH. You can uninstall the Gluroo app after creation.
