Fields do not update after multiple edits

Hi

After editing the meta fields multiple times, subsequent edits seem to be ignored and the fields go back to the previous value.

e.g.

title: hello
edit: hello world
title: hello world
edit: hello world again
title: hello world < seems to stick on the first edited value.

@seanrockster Is this a specific version? I just tested it on 18.0.0 and it seems to work as expected

Hi, yes sorry this is umbraco 17.x and seotoolkit 6.3.2. We tend to stick to LTS versions of umbraco.

We are having the same issue on umbraco 17.x with SeoToolkit 6.1.4 (also with 6.3.2). Any update on this yet?

Thanks @Ambertvu for confirming. I've been so busy that I havent gotten around to it yet. Hopefully I can have a quick look tomorrow and put out a new version

The error is still present for us.

Reproduce:

1. Edit a Meta field
2. Click on 'Save and preview' / 'Save'- button
3. Refresh the page either with F5 or clicking on another page and navigating back to the meta fields
4. The changes are gone

Note: editing and using the 'Save and publish' button does save the meta fields for us

Yes I've tried this all in a new incognito browser
