Pressing return when your cursor is in the channelId field doesn't submit the form

Having to click the 'ADD' button is a brief annoyance when you're adding just one channel, but it's very frustrating when you're adding a bunch of channels at once, or adding the same channel over and over because you're testing something.

I don't know anything about Vue, but all I've managed to dig up in internet searches are people trying to suppress this behaviour, rather than make it work. I can't find anything in videoline that appears to exist to suppress this behaviour, either, so I'm lost.
