Upgrades TypeScript from ^6.0.0 to ^7.0.0 (native binary distribution) in package.json and pnpm-lock.yaml. The only concrete incompatibility is the leftover ignoreDeprecations: "6.0" in tsconfig.json, which TypeScript 7 no longer supports and which will break tsc --noEmit / the typecheck script; it should be removed as part of this bump.

Bumping typescript to ^7.0.0 (the native compiler: pnpm-lock.yaml now resolves typescript@7.0.2 to platform-specific @typescript/typescript-* optional binaries with engines node>=16.20.0) removes support for the legacy ignoreDeprecations compiler option, but tsconfig.json:23 still sets "ignoreDeprecations": "6.0". As a result pnpm run typecheck (tsc --noEmit, package.json:15) will fail with an unknown/unsupported-option error and break the CI typecheck step. Since the tsconfig uses no deprecated options (moduleResolution: Bundler, module: ESNext, target: es2022), the smallest fix is to delete the ignoreDeprecations line in this PR, or keep typescript pinned to ^6.0.0 until that is done.
