Clues: name the reference/body/answer parts of a clue line, and define the answer as the first word after each ' ~ ', with trailing text ignored. Move markup out of the Clues section into its own 'xdown Formatting' section at the bottom, referenced from Metadata and Clue Bodies, and fill it out from the xd-crossword-tools implementation: links, inline and block images, the closed set of type characters, and literal-text rendering for malformed markup. Design: add background-image, taking a data URI or an external url, and background-size as a span in cells; note that style characters are case-sensitive, and that a quoted value is literal so a data URI's ':', ';' and ',' do not delimit. Follows puzzmo-com/xd-crossword-tools#81. Grid: '.' is a block, and any unrecognized character is a rebus lookup.
