Local Development

Install Jekyll dependencies, then run:

bundle install

Start the local server:

bundle exec jekyll serve

Cloudflare Pages

Use these build settings:

• Build command: bundle exec jekyll build
• Build output directory: _site
• Ruby version: use Cloudflare's default supported Ruby runtime or set RUBY_VERSION if your account requires it.

Do not use npx bundle exec jekyll build. bundle is a Ruby executable, not an npm package.

If deploying with Wrangler Workers static assets, use:

npx wrangler deploy

The committed wrangler.jsonc runs bundle exec jekyll build before uploading _site.

Gallery Images

Gallery content is stored in _data/gallery.yml and uses local files from /images/.

Logo

The site currently uses assets/images/logo.svg. Replace this file with the final Topper's Academy logo or update logo in _config.yml.
