- Correct 'Intel LGA 151x' to 'Intel LGA 115x' (LGA 151x is not a real Intel socket family; the 75mm mount pattern matches LGA 115x coolers). - Add note that the mounting holes are 3.5mm, not the standard LGA 115x 4.03mm, because the SoC sits lower than a typical Intel processor; heatsink backplates protrude slightly more, so case mounting needs clearance or an opening in the motherboard tray. Fixes radxa-docs#240
