Issue radxa-docs#258: the ROCK 4C+ hardware page had no sub-content, so DocCardList rendered an empty page. Replace the stub with links to the shared ROCK 4 hardware pages (download / revisions / GPIO) which already contain ROCK 4C+ specific content. Signed-off-by: tangzz-radxa

Problem
The ROCK 4C+ hardware page (
rock4/rock4c+/hardware/) only contained an empty<DocCardList />with no child pages, so it rendered as a dead end ("此页面没有下级内容，点击硬件信息回到当前页面").Fix
Replace the empty stub with links to the shared ROCK 4 hardware pages, which already contain ROCK 4C+ specific content:
Updated both Chinese (
docs/) and English (i18n/en/) versions.Source
