Please get the issue assigned to you before start working

I've seen that so many developers creating pull requests without even getting assigned.
I request you to follow the steps before start working on the issues

1. Put a comment like "Please assign this issue to me"
2. Wait to get it assigned to you.
3. Start working
4. Create a Pull Request mentioning the issue.

It will be easier to keep track of the contributions.
