Description
Converts WHO VA 2014 submission to InterVA4 file format ready to be coded in InterVA4. Written in R.
Input
- mapping file 2014 WHO -> InterVA4 variables, and
- CSV file containing a submission of the 2014 WHO VA Questionnaire exported from ODK Aggregate
Output A CSV file for direct usage in InterVA4
Files In the /data folder there is the current 2014 WHO VA Tool to InterVA4 variables mapping file and 2 test data files with submissions (who.csv with one submission and who_multiple_entries.csv with multiple submissions) to test.
