I tried to understand how to use this code, please could you precise to me how to detect the devices connected to my router
using my android app, could you please clarify to me this code?

Sorry this app is very old and you have to figure out a way to use it xD

There are some intents that you can use to open the port scan from your app https://github.com/rorist/android-network-discovery/blob/master/AndroidManifest.xml#L33

You could probably import the classes similarly of what's been done in the discovery activity

which uses the DefaultDiscovery by default,
