I take operations that run on spreadsheets, paper and disconnected systems, and turn them into something integrated, measurable and governed. Ten years doing it from both ends: I started in data centers and networks, moved through software engineering and a Central-Bank-regulated fintech, and today I run a technology area — strategy, budget, vendors and delivery.
