[sanity-plugin-media] Text fields in asset details don't activate save button in production

Description

Text fields (title, altText, description) in the asset details panel don't activate the "Save and close" button when edited in production, but they work fine in localhost.

Non-text fields (tags, folder) work correctly in both environments.

Steps to reproduce

1. Deploy to Sanity with npm run deploy
2. Open the Media plugin in production
3. Edit an asset's title or alt text
4. Observe that the save button does NOT activate

Expected behavior

The save button should activate and allow saving text field changes, just like it does in localhost.

Actual behavior

• Text fields can be edited but don't activate the save button
• Tags and folder fields work correctly
• No errors in browser console

Environment

• sanity-plugin-media: 6.1.0
• Sanity Studio: 6.8.0
• Deployment: Sanity (npm run deploy)
• Works: ✅ localhost (npm run dev)
• Fails: ❌ Production (after deploy)

Additional context

• Tried multiple versions of the plugin (6.0.9, 6.1.0, etc.) and Sanity (6.8.0, 6.7.0, 6.6.0, ...) with same issue
• Hard refresh of browser doesn't help
• No caché-related issues found

Thank you for reporting this. I can verify the exact same thing. Strangely enough, this passed our tests locally, but fails only when deployed. It seems to affect all versions of sanity-media-plugin from v6 to current.

I did not see any console errors or anything that would be much more helpful. It seems to be related to checking 'dirtiness' of those fields and the disabled state never goes away.
